I had a knee replacement last year. Doctors, nurses and all care givers were wonderful. Recovery was very tough and painful. Even though the staff was wonderful, never again. Dr. wants to replace the other knee. But no thanks.

Why aren't there a team of people discussing possible financial situations with victims of unm? Why do you walk into emergency room clueless on how much you could be billed? Why is a medical response team allowed to charge people who visit the ER?

If you ask they will help you otherwise it depends on how your insurance works and what they need to do

Can never get a hold of anyone there. Sometimes no one even picks up the first line. And if they do they say the line is busy and try later. So much for any communication with your doctor.

I have had that experiance myself. You have to ask for their medical assistant. Its like they screen you.

How are the rooms here they better then umm hospital on lomas? Because I am tired of staff and the rly dirty emergency rooms at the lomas one don't get me wrong wjen I had my baby there it was nice but it changed
