My daughter received her new Target credit card and when we went to purchase her items it was demanding a pin number which she doesn't have because it is a credit card. Not one person at the store, including the MANAGER, had a clue of how to fix it or help us. They said they could only suggest they suspend the order and call the 800# on the back of the card. Since we didn't have an hour to wait on hold I wound up paying for it from my bank debit card! Not good customer service at all which is too bad because usually we have a good experience shopping here!

This location has had a really nice overhaul, and the women's department is one of the best, always stocked full of accessories and great clothing. No matter what season, I can always find the perfect little "something". I spend way too much money here, lol! Really nice people, and it isn't too crowded, so you can feel comfortable just browsing if you want. Very well stocked.

As someone who can't handle crowds and gets anxious in busy places, this particular Target is the only grocery store that I feel comfortable in. I will continue to shop here for that reason alone. Unfortunately, the overall quality has gone downhill since the renovation. The shelves always seem to be half empty. The cosmetics section hasn't been restocked in months. I'm having to order more and more of my "regular" products online, which usually means waiting longer and spending more. Speaking of online orders--I don't understand how a product can be available in store, according to Target's website, but when I go to check out online, that same item says "pickup not available." This includes perfectly normal grocery items like granola bars. This is bad news for people who prefer to shop online and pick their order up. How can Target encourage remote shopping but make so many of their products ineligible for pickup? Just doesn't make sense. On the upside, everything is clean, the aesthetic is pleasing, and the staff is always kind and professional.

I wish I still lived in Rio Rancho because this Target is the best. It is well-stocked, clean, nice parking lot and great Staff. I have yet to have a bad experience. The layout of the store is nice because there is lots of room to move around and not like some of the stores in Albuquerque which are more crowded because there is just more stuff on the floor. I recommend. I will even go out of my way to visit this Target location.
