Terrible costumer service!!, rio grande credit union at rio rancho this person didn't help me at all. Well my experience was with Mr Christopher Lunas, he was very rude, terrible attitu to give me a solution with a overdraft fee , he refused to give me the fee back as a courtesy .but the worst was his attitude very deplorable. Hope God help this person because he have demons inside. Totally disappointed with credit union rio grande having this kind of people working there.. He really act like was his bank and he owned.. ridiculously. It's actually to leave clear when I did called to Rio grande CU at coors blvd , they had a excellent attitude with me and solve my problem .without any negative and rude attitude. Thank you to the Mr eboy, and to the manager at coors blvd RGCU. For his understanding .

Horrible customer care.. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing. Deposited $500 and needed to swap 20's for 100's. By the time they finished the deposit it was 3 minutes past closing. She asked for a signature then said she closed the teller and couldn't swap the bills since they closed. No apology, she was sarcastic and rude. I was there prior to closing and should have been taken care of prior to them closing things out. She spoke over me multiple times and was very unprofessional.
