If we are coming from Fargo, which entrance we should take to have the most scenic view?

There are two units - North and South. The South is generally busier but has better chance of seeing lots of wildlife (bison, horses, prairie dogs, deer and kinds of birds). Plus, the South Unit has easy access from I94. The North has amazing views but not as much wildlife sightings. Both are awesome!
