Very nice campground with great camp hosts. The sites are on the small side which is typical for a national park. We have a 36 foot 5th wheel and found just a few sites that would accommodate our rig. We didn’t see any wildlife but I’m told bison are frequently in the campground.

Awesome campground very spacious and away from other people. We actually had a bison come through our campsite. The internet is pretty good enough to send texts to people so that was a plus. Had some bugs but was an overall great campground. I highly recommend staying here.

No bison, no wildlife that would pass through the camp, just a million bugs all around you! The restroom are terrible and there are no showers!

Beautiful campsite. We were in Site 65 which is tent only and set back off the road a little further than the others. There's a fair bit of hiking, but make sure to read up on the trails for time of year you are there, weather and bugs can get pretty extreme and there isn't much water on the trails. The campsite had running water and great amenities.

Yes. Must be on 6 foot leash.
I think it's around $14 to $18. We were just there and it's a great campground!
We stayed next to the walk in tent sites. No power. Power in the bathroom, not sure if they would let you run a cord for medical reason. Doesn't hurt to ask.
No showers, fires are allowed when it's not windy.
I make our reservations 6 months in advance because we stay at specific site. We usually go in July, this is our first time in Aug. After a bison gourd a visitor (walked between two fighting bulls) may be more openings. Sorry cant help more..we have stayed at campground outside park but prefer cottonwood. Not sure if any sites in north park, this will be our first year visiting there as well. Good luck, be safe and plan on taking a lot of spectacular pictures...oh and stay 25+ yards from bison as they are especially aggressive this time of year
Depends on the water level. Check with the ranger first. We saw a lot bission crossing to the wilderness area.
