For a seasoned (somewhat out-of-practice) hiker, are the trails all fairly easy or are there any that would offer a moderate challenge? For reference, I'm used to the mountains in East TN and North GA.

Very easy in that since. Relatively flat compared to what you are used too.

There is more then one trails. And yes they are easy to get around. I thank u will.enjoy this place.

From what you are used to, you shouldn't have any problems.
