For a seasoned (somewhat out-of-practice) hiker, are the trails all fairly easy or are there any that would offer a moderate challenge? For reference, I'm used to the mountains in East TN and North GA.

Easy to moderate, but for the most part easy for a seasoned hiker. Beautiful park great for hiking to enjoy nature.
