Yes, trail from no hands bridge is mostly flat with only slight up hills here and there.
It's a beautiful and comfortable trail. Just stay on the leveled trail. Many people bring dogs, so judt be aware. I've never hadban issue, all been friendly. Have Fun
Its a safe trail with a good amount of shade. Its not too long
Yes it's safe. No weird people, no tents, and I didn't see signs for mountain lions or anything like that. but there are a few small spots, anywhere from 10 to 20 feet of semi-steep hills with smooth dirt, as well as the paths that lead to the water. Might be a little bit slippery with a baby, but nothing to worry too much about.
