Free on the right side of 49 just past the confluence bridge if you're headed toward Cool. The rest of the parking areas are $12 (I think) or included with a Poppy Pass. Get there early if you want to guarantee a parking spot!

Not sure how much aat the kiosk. We always park along side the road.
