Are dogs required to be on leash? And, do you see people obeying the leash law? I would not want to bring my dog on leash and run into a lot of dogs off leash.

All dogs are required to be on a leash.

It's irresponsible to take your dog without a leash, but also required. You could be fined.

Signs say leash required but most people have them off the leash. I just loop the leash around their collar when I let them run around and then hold the leash when other people or dogs are around :) hope that helps!
