You are about 1 mile from first Beach and 2 miles from second Beach. Just a few weeks ago I took an Uber from the Marriott to Second Beach which is a much nicer beach in the cost was only around $7 each way
Well if you're staying at the Marriott in Newport it's about 10 minutes drive but you could also enjoy the view and take a 10-15 minute walk depend on how fast you walk it's a gorgeous walk and it's a gorgeous view they got a cliff walk over there the beaches I don't know about the showers though last time I went they wasn't working the bathroom look a mess , Dirty sorry to say
10 minute drive. Stay at ocean cliff. Newport Marriot is overrated.
Its about a 10 minute drive to Erikson Beach
