Yes, all sites are reservation sites. The Washington state park website for Daroga will have a link to the reservations. If the link is not there(this happened to us a couple of years ago ), call the Ranger as they may not be aware of technical problems.
All group sides need reservation. Single sites as well. I believe they have some on first come first serve basis but I am not sure how many. You can check on their website.
