Great boat launch for access to the river, designations north and south. Easy access for even large boats; launched our 25’ with ease. Lots of parking. Appreciated the restrooms.

Pretty park that is very clean and not crowded during the week. Tasty blackberries. Great place to play some tennis or soccer. The powerlines and nearby orchards poison the scenery.

Lovely state park by the river. Off of the highway on the way back from Lake Chelan. Clean, clear access to the water. Boat launch, RV parking, camping - all good! Discover pass required! Park site managed by ranger managed by camp site office. Dog friendly to boot. Well maintained walking trails - ADA accessible.

Amazing state park! It is best for tent camping. Site 21 and 23 have the best view! Yes, the view is breathtaking! We stayed during the fire season, so the smog makes the view less impressive. But I can imagine the view without the smog. Swimming area is all right. Lots of seaweed. We still have lots of fun though! The walking trail is amazing! Good for running too! No individual RV sewer connection, but there is RV dump by the entrance. The rangers are very friendly!

Yes and they sell wood at the main entrance. At your campsite a fire pit with grill rack is provided.
Water and electricity no sewer
We always use Our own wood. Although We start out with a few briquets, as the wind can make starting a bigger chunk of wood a bit difficult. They also have showers & laundry facilities, & a a large roped off swimming area. A large, clean, nice park, very underused.
The tent sites (no utilities) are all considered primitive or perhaps as water trail campsites, so they are $12 per night. These rates are 2019 rates.
Yes, all sites are reservation sites. The Washington state park website for Daroga will have a link to the reservations. If the link is not there(this happened to us a couple of years ago ), call the Ranger as they may not be aware of technical problems.
If you call 1(800)CAMP-OUT they should be able to help you with all your booking needs.
No, it changes during summer months but average is 14 days then you have to leave for 2-3.
