Is there a basketball court?

Yes, on the northside near the large pavillion.

Only one I know of is by the large pavilion on the Northside. It's not a full court. I wouldn't really call it a half court. Block of cement with a hoop on it. They need to add more. Used to have a covered court in the Collin Park area but they turned it into a multi-activity area. One half is a kid's playground & the other is a volleyball set-up. Was very sad they did this, as my son & I went there all the time. Now we have to go to Spring Park in Tomball. If anyone else know where they have covered basketball courts, pls let me know.
