You may have piñatas at Meyer Park but only at the designated piñata stands near the playground. The stands make for easy clean-up. Small speaker or radio is allowed for music. No live bands, DJs, or large sound systems allowed.
Yes. Also you should clean up any trash or candy left behind. People think it is the park caretakers job to clean up trash but really they only empty trash cans and pick up obvious things. They wont see candy and other small items usually put in piñatas. They are also busy enough picking up after all the soccer games even though the league is supposed to clean up after their games but dont.
I saw a party the other day at the park, they had a piñata and music playing so I'm guessing it's allow.
