is there a volleyball court? and is a reservation required or first come first serve?

There's a covered one at Collins Park just east of Meyer. I don't know if reservations are possible or how to go about making one.

I do not think there is one at Meyer. I believe Collins Park just a bit to the east used to have one but I'm not positive. Terranova West has a private one just down Cypresswood. Terranova has one by the pool and tennis courts that is hardly used and most residents didn't mind anyone using it respectfully.

I didn't see one I just used the walking circle but the park is on both sides of the street and I stayed on the one side with the walking loop
