Is the student discount only for college/high school? Typically elementary students don’t have IDs

At valley grand, children count as students, even if they are too young to be in school. Highschoolers and college students may be asked for an ID, but children of obvious school age should not

We got a discount for my 11 year old nephew a few months ago.

I believe kids count as students too.
