The theater and seats were clean and well kept. We had a good experience, but a few others had an issue we're the double booked seats. It is definitely handicap friendly and accessible. The negative is a bottle of water is $5 really? I know they have to make a profit but IMO $5 is ridiculous for a basic bottle of water. Normally we spend about $15 to $20 in popcorn drinks and snacks. We were so irritated, one bottle of water was all we bought.

This is my favorite Marcus theater in the area. The lobby is ginormous. It's very open and airy and has its own restaurant which serves beer and other alcohol. You can order anything from Guiness or a pinot grigio! I saw a sizable basket of big crispy chicken strips and an equally huge basket of fries go by me. It is very easy to get the usual popcorn and drinks as well because there are no long lines. All of the seats are Dream Loungers (leather recliners) and the screens are larger than life. Two auditoriums even feature really massive SuperScreen DLP and all 16 screens are accompanied by excellent Dolby Atmos sound. I choose my seats and book my tickets in advance online. When I arrive, I just flash my phone screen to a greeter who directs us to the correct auditorium without scanning anything. It's super easy. There are plenty of friendly staff and the restrooms are ample. I even can't wait to see the goofy Greg Marcus intro. It's always cheesey, but do we live in Wisconsin, or no?

Had nice interactions with 2 employees there tonight. Brad @ the entrance was helpful while i was waiting for someone to arrive & Katelyn @ concessions was very patient while we figured our order out. Both were trainees I think & they both were great. I will be back soon🍿

We had a great time. There was a guy who asked if we ordered tickets online which we did and we showed him the email and didn't have to wait in a long line. We ordered our popcorn and pop and there wasn't a long line. We ordered great seats and the movie Moonfall was very good. The dream lounge seats are fantastic and comfortable. We will definitely be going back there

The UltraScreen DLX® concept features three important S’s – screen, seating and sound. A massive screen size coupled with DreamLounger℠ leather recliners provide maximum comfort, including a spacious seven feet of legroom between the rows of seats. Add immersive, multidimensional sound for a lifelike experience that makes guests feel part of the action. Speakers are located in the front, back, sides and ceiling to bring even more dimension to the audio of a film.
Wait for the end of the message and there's. Number
You can rent a theater room for about $100-$200 since Covid is a danger too. I plan on doing this for my extended family.

Not sure how you are going about looking up their site but it works fine for me using this web address: http://www.marcustheatres.com Also not sure if you know but they have an awesome app for your phone!
As far as I know it's every Tuesday, had been for the last couple years anyhow
It definitely helps to reserve seats if you have a preference to where you want to be seated [front, back, etc.]
U have to where your mask untile seated at your movie when back up put your mask on
They are! Just went on Monday. Order your tickets on line and pre order concessions! You can pick them up OR HAVE THE DELIVERED TO YOUR SEAT! Hope that doesn't go away. It was the best.
Check the website. They have lots of shoes tomorrow

You talking about the movie "At Eternity's Gate staring Willem Defoe as Van Gogh? If so I think that came out sometime ago, its not in theaters anymore but is available for sale/rent online and I'm sure in stores like Walmart or Best Buy.
No I didn't see it either when I went yesterday
You should check their website.
Technically no, you don't have to be. However it's handicapped accessible for a reason.
It's still $5 for movies when holidays are on Tuesdays.
As an employee here, I can definitively tell you no. Regal Cinemas is a different theater chain. This location used to be a Regal, but was bought out by Marcus about 8 years ago. Now the nearest Regal Cinema is down in the Chicago area. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Also, i have noticed some people buying 2 seats in separate loveseats next to each other in hope no one will get the other one so they and their guest have the whole loveseat to each other.. like getting 2 loveseats for the price of one
AMC is a different theater chain. Unfortunately we don't accept gift card for tickets or concessions that are not Marcus Theaters gift cards. You can use Fandango and Movietickets.com gift cards on their respective websites to purchase tickets online for our location, but in theater purchases must be a Marcus gift card. If you are wondering why, as I have been asked when working in box office, think of it in terms of trying to use a Target gift card to make a purchase at Wal-mart. I hope I was able to answer your question.
They have showtimes starting at 9:30 am.
New release movies are $5 on Tuesday. The only movies on Tuesday that cost more are 3D movies.
Yes
Appleton West
As an employee at Valley Grand, I can assure you that we are open 365 days a year, including Christmas Day. Given Thanksgiving has just passed and your action was posted a month ago, I believe the problem was that we don't list showtimes that far in advance. The only time there are sometimes posted that far in advance are for the more highly anticipated movies (Star Wars, Marvel movies, etc.) and that is typically just for their opening night. Outside of those, or movie showtimes are posted up on a week by week basis.
I've done that, but i eould advise to srrive early and ask thr management there to do so
If you purchased directly from the theater then your best bet is to talk to them face to face. If you cancel early enough there should be no headaches.
I checked the website and dont see a movie titled "eighth grade" playing August 5th. Edit: its playing right now!
What movie is that?
I would always recommend using the app and loyalty card for a show. All seats are lounge's so you have to pick where you sit anyways. I think this a great perk! :)
I found em on the app
Yes, looks like it's playing at 10:15am, 1pm, 3:45pm, 6:30pm, and 9:15pm on Tues June 12th.
Yes
I looked online at 2 theaters in Appleton and 2 theaters in Green Bay and I can't find Sgt Stubby showtimes anywhere.
They are open until 8:00 tonight.
They will post soon, they dont post Tuesday early because its 5$
They do Fridays for sure! Not sure about Wednesday.
Yes they just don't list which shows so they can maximize their 5 dollar Tuesdays schedule. They will post them sometime this weekend.
They will on Saturday or sunday. With 5 dollar Tuesdays they wait to maximize show times with the popular movies.
Hello Carol, I don't see where this movie is playing at valley grand cinema today. I do see they are replaying "passion of the Christ" on march 25 at 2pm and, march 26, and 28th at 7pm. If thats the movie you are looking for the runtime is 2 hours and 7 minutes. Have a great day
9am or 30 mins before the first showtime
I was always under the belief that the theaters went one week at a time
Probably
The time it took to ask this question you could have found the answer on their website
There are no scheduled 3d showings for this movie today.
Just go to the web site....
I highly recommend the app they have varying prices but they start at 9 for general and go to 10.5 after 330-4
At valley grand, children count as students, even if they are too young to be in school. Highschoolers and college students may be asked for an ID, but children of obvious school age should not
Marcus has my vote!!! I LOVE their theaters!
Nope, appears there are tickets available yet
9:30 am
It is possible but very difficult to do. Everything and everybody's automated machines nowadays.
Yes, we are open on Halloween.
Of you are asking about the student discount on Thursdays, any proof of schooling would be okay, such as logging into a school portal
Yes but u need a school id
It is a few dollars more for 3D. All the prices are listed with showtimes on their website or the app, you just have to click one of the times.
Closing times change depending the movies that are out. The building is closed 15 minutes after the last movie of the day starts (previews start)
