Also, i have noticed some people buying 2 seats in separate loveseats next to each other in hope no one will get the other one so they and their guest have the whole loveseat to each other.. like getting 2 loveseats for the price of one
We double checked our tickets...online, they appeared to be in the same "loveseat". In person, they were in two separate ones.
Never had that issue either
When you are looking at the seating chart in the app, each one of the full rectangles (equivalent of two seats) are loveseat style with an armrest that comes down in the middle. Beyond that, I'm not sure what to say. I've never run into a glitch with the system like what you are describing. It may be that the other person sat in the wrong seat. In that case, I suggest double checking your ticket.
