Parts of it are handicap friendly from what I remember. The full route though is full of inclines, bumps, and a few roots. I would definitely say the full path can be difficult for someone who can't walk for long periods.

They have a shorter trail for handicapped persons. Most is dirt though.

We have been planning on going here during Spring break for a long time. My daghter broke her ankle last week....spring break is next week....do they have wheel chairs or scooters she can use. Will she be able to use a wheel chair on the trails?
