Don't believe they rent those, however the trails are wide enough for a scooter
I seem to recall handicap alternate routes along the trails and they may have wheelchairs. Contact the very nice staff there.
Main trail will be tight. Their weather may have washed some of it away. They do have handicapped shortcuts throughout the trail, just not all the stops.
You might give them a call for a better answer. I bet she could make it on a crutches but the main trail is a good walking distance. I feel for the person pushing another on the main trail.
The full trail isn't wheelchair accessible, it's a primitive dirt trail. There is a shorter trail which IS wheelchair accessible, however they don't have any chairs or scooters available for rent.
I don't remember having to climb anything but the trail was a dirt trail largely covered in leaves when we went in November of last year.
