We book 6 months in advance but 1/2 the campground is empty from cancellations there hasn't been any water from the spickets for 2 years so if you are bringing a rv need to fill up before you set up the one and only water supply is right before the camp host site and welcome sign other than that the fishing is great and hiking and.scenery is beautiful and deer everywhere ...enjoy
Get a res just in case but when you get there check out the first come first serve sites. There is one right next to a meadow where deer hang out (i think it is site #4)... if it is open ask the camp host if you can switch from your reserved site.
