Great campground with easy access to trails and the village. Campsites along the outer edge facing west offer beautiful sunset views. We stayed at site 50 which was great, but a little tight for our 10'x10' tent. Site 49 and the others further North looked even better.

Amazing ⛺️ Find your own wood on these wonderful campsites nested on the hilles under the massive trees! Kids and adults loved it. Stayed there 2 nights and would stay more!!! Campsite 103 is one of the best stretching wayyy back with massive fallen trees and rocks. Kidz will love it! Best night sky pictures taken and beautiful sunset! Not much reception thought.

Had a fabulous time. Keep in mind you need to pay to get into the national forest before you go. We forgot, but ended up getting an annual parks pass. No fires are permitted as of July 1st for the summertime, so plan accordingly. We enjoyed high of mid 70’s to low 60’s while there last week. Such a lovely campsite. :)

No rules! Hard to believe this is a national park campground. I’m writing this on night two of a three night stay in the campground. There are numerous large family/friend groups occupying multiple adjacent campsites throughout the campground that have no regard for other campers, quiet hours or the ban on campfires. We are yet to see a ranger patrol the grounds. Aside from that, most of the sites are on top of one another. Privacy is minimal. Extremely disappointing!

Yes, there are restrooms, and a sink, for dishes. Pretty clean, unless other campers have messy kids, not being supervised.
The water is safe to drink or consume. Just a heads up can not wash dishes where the spout it faucet next by the campsites.
Currently they are open. They should remain open unless there is an active fire in the area causing unsafe conditions. I would refer to the park website for updates (https://www.nps.gov/seki/planyourvisit/conditions.htm).
They do... But in disignated spots. Before you go in Sunset make sure u have ur reservation ready. Azalea campgrounds next to Sunset does not have reservations , they have hookups there also.
Depends.. If you want more privacy the sites on the out side edges are farther apart and more secluded but not as level.. Best for tents.. Sites up front are flat and good for trailers.. All sites are clean and park is well maintained.. This is a very convenient place .. Close to everything..
Group B is closer to the water spout, and yes you could attach a garden hose....we used the portable shower and a bucket...
I just came back from camping about 2 weeks ago. And the showers were not open yet. The only ones aviailable were down at lodgepole area.
No. Hume lake is the closest water to fish or play in.
No. Check for available dates to camp thru website. I saw smaller RV's when we were there in July. The areas are rather tight and have limited spaces, even for 2 cars.
