We have a 40ft class A motorhome. It was a precarious road to the campground with sharp narrow turns but once headed down there was no option to turn around...so down we went..very carefully. Our space is on the upper loop and though it is large enough for our RV...the access made it almost impossible to park. Beautiful park...but I don't recommend it for large RV's. Dump station is awkward for large rigs as well.

Labor day weekend 2021. We had a great weekend despite the high temps. It was nice being by the lake to cool off. Our original camp site offered no shade but after talking with the park ranger, they kindly let us move to another shadier spot. It was perfect. Hung up our hammocks in the shade and it made for a very relaxing long weekend. Will definitely come back in the future! Just a few things that I know might bother some: from some sites it can be quite a walk to the water, noise does carry in the campground so for those who go to bed early expect noise, quiet hours are after 10 pm but there was definitely some noisy campers after then, some sites are not shaded at all so be wary of that.

Location wise this campsite is ok but website did not updated the google photo I thought it was full of greenery and grass but it is totally dry and temperature was so high like 114-115F . BE AWARE OF RATTLESNAKE . Facilities of Shower, bathroom and trash is ok .its near to the lake so you can either boating or enjoy swimming.

This place was amazing! The view was so beautiful and the campsite was great. The set up of the campsite had a decently clean picnic table, campfire set up and campsite spot for you tent. There is also a fish cleaning station that looks pretty decent as well. Pet friendly and bathrooms are not bad at all. Stayed for two nights and walked around the whole campsite. Great fishing spots too. There is one store down the street called The I Forgot Store, or something like that. They have wood, fishing stuff, ice cream etc. Pretty convenient. Definitely will come back here to take advantage of the kayaks. Definitely recommend.

Yes, and you can book through recreation.gov. The best sites are seven eight and nine. They are super busy on the weekends. When we were there just two weeks ago the water level was low, but the lake was active. Beautiful moon at night ♥️♥️
I believe sites are $20 per night, which would make it $140 for a week, or approximately $600 for a month.
Yes, and there are lots of dirt roads to crawl around on if you have a 4x4. Still accessible with 2 wheel drive.
They're on the recreation.gov website, there's only a couple with water and electricity, but quite a few with just electricity
There was no bears
The website has that info...I think in May
No, I think it opens in May
No
The campground is closed till further notice, its been closed since the start of this covid stuff last February and no one knows when it will re open. Maybe in the spring.
Lakeridge campground is open.
When we went I don't remember any pads? We just set up our tents wherever we wanted, cool campground, the camp host sells oak firewood at a decent price as well 👍 have fun
No you can't but you can park it at driftwood for I think 10$ a night.
Seems to always be something available
Always be alert. There out there. Found a small one next to a rock in the next camp site over.
There isnt down in the group area. But, there is a restroom with power a by the trailer section that you drive through before you get to the camp sight. Im sure nobody there would mind you plugging something in there.
