The lighthouses are down a couple of roads her The Lobster Shack. They are privately owned. If you wish to see a beautiful example of a lighthouse, go the The Portland Head at Ft. Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth, maybe 3 mi. from 2 Lites. Take Ocean House to Shore Rd.

The lighthouses are not at the State Park. They are down the street

Absolutely. There are two, if course. And you can see a third, the famous Portland Head Light, commissioned by George Washington.

You can't see the lighthouses from the park. Keeping going down the road past the park entrance.

Not easily seen. On private property can only see from road and no good spot to take photos

Don't take the right at Two Lights Park sign, but bear to the LEFT. That takes you to "The Lobster Shack" (closed for winter) and the rocky shore. It's a beautiful shore, you may park and walk on the rocks and enjoy the view- and look to the left and you will see two light houses up over the rocks. The USCG owns the big private house on the left and NO entrance, but the little parking lot is right there.
