You need a SH Village Sticker, it's about $250 or you can buy a daily pass for $40
No. Free parking is for residents in that area only. Not all of Southampton. Parking is free after 5pm though! Even for out-of-staters.
Double check the parking rules...but if you dont want to pay park at the lirr station and take a uber
