I ordered sconces from visual comfort, the sales person should have mentioned that they didn’t come with shades. Now we’ll have to wait even more time to get the shades in. Terrible and rude customer service. I went home after looking through the show room and ordered every item I wanted from other websites because I did not want Ferguson to have the business.

What a great experience at Blackman with their sales associate, Gina Hickey! She was positively wonderful in helping us with our Guest Bathroom renovation. We walked in with a general idea of what we wanted. Her vast knowledge of products, as well as her patience and style, assisted us in refining what we wanted to achieve! We are redoing our bathroom and were planning to buy the shower head, faucet, and shower doors either online or home depot since we were on a tight timeline. We decided to stop here on our way back from the tile store. This place is very busy but eventually we got with Ben who was awesome!! He educated us on everything pretty quickly and clearly. Definitely would not have been able to navigate all the pieces we needed (valve, drain etc) on our own. We were limited to stock options since our demo starts in 2 days. He mixed and matched to get us everything we needed -- super quick and tried to save us money by swapping out certain pieces. Definitely go to ben if you come to this place. We are never going to home Depot for anything plumbing related again!

Blackmans Plumbing Supply showroom in Southampton is an absolutely beautiful showroom full of the newest trends and the highest quality brands. The designers at this showroom are super helpful and extraordinarily knowledgeable, specifically, Rita Coleman, who my husband and I were lucky enough to land our first appointment with. Rita seemed to pick up my style almost immediately and she enthusiastically pulled out tile colors, fixtures, and everything else we needed to create an exquisite bathroom in our new home. She has an amazing gift for design, both beautiful and practical, as well as an awareness of budget and the ability to work within mine. Her professionalism and passion for design are truly inspirational! An appointment here is a must!
