For almost 15 years, my experience at Lexus of Southampton has been outstanding ... from choosing a new vehicle, to service to technical support in setting up and using the latest features of the auto, the folks at Lexus have been courteous, professional, efficient and effective. My most recent lease ... a 2022 RX350 ... was delivered 2 weeks ago. Since then, I've had follow up conversations with Manager Frank Licari, Sales Rep Frank Knoll and Tech Expert Abbas Rajani to assure that I was happy and comfortable with every facet of my new car. As I approach my 85t birthday, that kind of personal interest and support is well beyond "the call of duty" - it is heartwarming. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else and will always recommend Lexus of Southampton to family and friends.

I got a new Lexus RX here and I couldn't be happier with the level of service that I've received. Abbas gave me a detailed tour of my car, explaining each of its features and made sure that I knew how to operate everything before I left the lot. He even helped me set up the Lexus app and got me situated with all the features. You can tell how much he cares in making sure that you leave happy. As a former business owner myself, I've always believed that people make the business. While I've only interacted with Joe and Abbas at the dealership, I found their positivity and caring made my experience all the more memorable and I'll be recommending their business for as long as they are around.
