Great location! Easy access. Jane D., who manages this facility, is incredible! She is literally the reason I keep renting here. I’ve been renting here for nearly 8 years storing items for my shop and selling online. Right from the start, Jane was professional, helpful and friendly. She keeps the facility looking great, trolleys always to hand, and just always available to share helpful advice or just have a chat to catch up. People make the business, and in this case, Jane is everything to this facility! I left off a star because Metro raises rent way too frequently. It feels like every few months at exponential rates, which is price gauging!

If you’re looking for a storage space in the hamptons area, Metro Self Storage is definitely the place you need to go. We came in to look at the many options of size storage they had and immediately decided to trust them with their services. The sign up was extremely easy thanks to the help from Jane! She was super helpful and very kind to us when she showed us around. Definitely come and give this place a visit and make sure to ask for Jane.
