If you have a free complimentary room.. can you use it on. Fridays? And how do we find out if we have a complimentary room or not? If we didn't receive any flyer's that month?

most comps are used during the week..most casinos have a large draw on weekends, so comps are not needed..fyi.

Usually until u move up in player points/member (basically everything but the pearl card) free rooms are Sun-Thurs. U can either found out by scanning ur card at a kiosk or simply calling TI use automated system 2 get 2 hotel reservations give them ur players card # & they can tell u right away if u got room comps & any other detail/question u may have.

Complementary rooms are available Sunday thru Thursday. If you want to verify you have complimentary room and didn't get your monthly booklet you will need to call the hotel desk and talk to the person on duty.
