If you use the dnr reservations website to find your camp site, you can select your equipment size and it will show all sites that can accommodate it. If you called someone at the state park though, I'm not sure why you're asking this since she already told you it would fit.
Most of the sites are pretty good sized. I can't vouch for that particular site without looking at a map. But it's a beautiful park and I'm sure that you will really enjoy your stay there! PS--I'm so sorry that you received a negative answer from one correspondent. You were asking a legitimate question and asking for help from those of us who have been to the park! They have good size lots
Section 1 has smaller open sites. The sites closer to the boat launch are roomy and much more secluded.
