All camp sites at muskellonge state park have a picnic table and a fire pit. Bring your own grill though.
At Muskelonge state park as you enter on the left there are picnic tables and large swings with a slide plus an out house. Great State park, not sure on all state parks. Bewabic state park has a very nice day area also.

Muskalonge state park is the best Hard to get a good site. Reservations 6 months out
There is a day use area. Not sure of the amenities it offers. Check with the park directly.
