how the hell do you talk to a damn manager??? i tried to talk to an associate in store but surprise surprise they were no help! so i call and try to speak to vance who then tell s the operator that he is too busy to take a phone call form a customer?

Call corporate (find number on line) or better write a letter to them, cc that Wal-Mart manager.
