Perfect location for an early flight. Good shuttle service. Nice rooms, pleasant staff, many amenities. I especially loved an early morning stroll in their enclosed park. Very beautiful.

Not sure how much The parking is, but the hotel rooms and lounge and restaurant,are awesome and clean, good foodand service,the price is right,we really enjoyed our stay there
Their check-in and check-out policies are terrible. We were supposed to have a prepaid room. The hotel insisted on yet another credit card before they would do so. Then they said there was a $50 charge for incidentals forr a total of $187. So fine. Checking out the next morning they showed we paid only $137. I asked where the $50 credit was. Oh, we have removed the hold. So what happens if the bank doesn't return the $50? Just show them the receipt. But you told us you charged us for it. I want a document showing it was credited back. She had no manager so I made her write a letter on the hotel's letterhead stating what happened. It still didn't clear the bank for 4 days!
