If she is n wheelchair there is a nice handicap access or you park on side of the road and walk down 10 steps
The falls over the dam can be seen from a vehicle. The walk to get to the base is not far but it might be a difficult walk back up. I think you would just need to assess the situation afternoon get there.
The falls back on the stream is fairly flat but is a little distance. The water going over damn at ruins is kind of steep steps
