There is not on this lake with the falls, but there is elsewhere in the park. I am not sure if it's an official swim area or where people just get in the water anyway, but there were lots in including kids.
Yes there is a swimming area with showers. Instead of turning right to go to the falls, your turn left and follow the road around past the picnic area. You cross the bridge to your right and it will be on your right.
