We are two families that want to camp together one family has 2 tents and the other has a 5th wheel we would need electric and water would we be able to camp either on the same site or 2 sites next to each other ?

Call the camp host office for verification. In the past, unless you were on what's called a "Family Camping Site", you were only allowed 1 tent at a campsite with an RV on it. Rules can and do change from year to year occasionally. It's always best to check with the actual camp hosts office and also to make reservations. I've learned from past experience.
