Yes

They can, but keep in mind, there are not many"Full Hook Up" sites in the park. Most of them are "Water & Electric" only. The campsites throughout the park vary in length, many that are less than 40ft overall. It's always best to check ahead for availability & to make reservations. I've learned from past personal experience.
