We loved this hotel. This was the last hotel we stayed at on our 2 week long road trip from Georgia to the Grand Canyon and back. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express during the rest of our trip and didn't have any issues. Unfortunately I accidentally had a mix-up where I booked the last hotel (Holiday Inn) for the wrong date and when I got there they were booked up. I called around other hotels to see if they had any openings and was pleasantly surprised that the Hilton had a room available. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as well. The location of the hotel was great. It's super close to lots of little shops and restaurants that you can easily walk to from the hotel. We liked it here so much we decided to extend our stay and stayed another night. Thank you so much Hilton for helping us end our trip on a very good note.

This is a fantastic hotel. Location is a plus. Here is my problem with this hotel. We only stay at Hilton properties as we are rewards members. Every Hilton we stay at we always check the beds for bed bugs in the usual places. No bed bugs found. We also always take the slip covers off the comforters as they are usually not changed out. We do this at every Hilton we stay at. Pulled off the cover on our daughter's bed, fine. Pull the slip cover on our bed, black mold on the comforter. We took the comforter down to the lobby and showed them and they asked what do you want us to do about it??? Um, how about a fresh new blanket? We got one sent up, but nothing more. No comps, nothing, not even an an apology, no points returned, nothing. The people who want to work these covid days don't understand anything about the service industry. Those who don't work, do understand but don't work. Check your beds and your rooms!!! UPDATE Stacy from Hilton reached out to us directly. She was very nice and will be discussing the issues with staff members. We really appreciate her willingness to make things right, so we are changing our review from 1 star to 4 stars π

Positive: The location of this hotel. Negative: We stay at this hotel each time we visit Branson. I was very disappointed this time. The hotel needs to be renovated. Black mold in the shower. Smelled terrible. Did not meet typical Hilton Standards. Will not stay again or recommend until renovated.

I was prompted by Hilton to write a google review after the they emailed me a survey. Here goes: find a Marriott property instead. The convenience of its proximity to the convention center doesnβt outweigh the poor quality. I understand the times we live in but they need to do better. We ordered breakfast the night before and had to apologize to three hungry kids when it never came. Couple of calls to the front deskβ¦ still nothing. Not to mention the toilet handle falling off, the lack of towels, and a few other things. I could go onβ¦.
