The room was clean and well appointed. The WiFi was TERRIBLE! I was told to come to the front desk to get a passcode. I was shown a laminated sheet again telling me to ask for a passcode. The desk clerk had no clue! I got 5 mbps that went down to 2 mbps! If WiFi is important to you, go elsewhere!

I'm one who moves the furniture to see if they have cleaned, well it wasn't too bad as far as cleanliness. The pool and surrounding area were clean. The location was perfect for gaining access to the main drag in Branson.

The staff was awesome but the rooms don't get cleaned which sucked and we had to ask for towels. I know it's eco friendly but I think they should at least give fresh towels out every three days. Another problem was the faucet in the shower. It sprayed extremely hot water when it was on cold. It happened two times and my young son was in the shower. There was used tissues between the bed and wall. The game room was fun and the pool was fun but it has dead flies in it the first two days. The internet signal does not work here

To repeat: the overall hotel itself was nice EXCEPT that the AC didn’t work. The manager was very courteous and brought us a couple of fans. But we did have to sleep with the window open- ground floor room.
