Took the grandkids here last August. The kids would rate it a 5 star-ages 8, 5, 4. It seems a bit dated but the kids didn't mind. What they did mind is not getting to go into the main play area because there were not enough workers so they didn't open until 2 pm on our second day. We had to leave before 2 so we played in the pool but was a super big disappointment to them not to get to play the second day that we'd paid for. They didn't give us a credit or offer a discount for a second trip even though we asked for it. For now, we probably won't go back unless the kids talk us into trying it again. They did enjoy the room, it was basic but clean. They also enjoyed the arcade and pizza. It's a one stop vacation if you want it to be, just might ask ahead if they are not opening the main attraction you're paying for!

We really liked it here. They have a part that is for toddlers and it was wonderful. Other that the hot tib, the toddler area is the only area with truly warm water. They had 2 hot tubs. One was hotter and one was cooler. We were definitely comfortable taking the kids to the cooler one. The staff was super helpful. They provide towels and rotate stations regularly. They answered all the questions I had. The only thing that threw us off was that the website and google said they opened at 10. Since "spring break" is over here, they go back to normal winter hours I guess. They didn't open until 1pm and that didn't work for my friend and I when we planned our day around coming at 1pm. The restaurant wasn't open either which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Its been a cool trip. We are enjoying ourselves. So much to do. Kids would love this place. Even adults can enjoy themselves here. I recommend this place to everyone. I had the holiday package which came quite quite lot of extras.

We had a wonderful stay! The motel was great the water park was great. Show was decent food was decent. Note that the grand country does not give discounts for their buffet and its $21.99 per adult 9.99 per kid. (Christmas) so easily a …

$20 per person (under 2 is free)... not sure on family pass.
Yes and yes. I believe $15-$20 if you're not a guest and if you're a hotel guest then it's free for all
Anyone under 2 years old is free. Has to be under 2. Month of May admission is only $5 for anyone who is from local community. I'm from Springfield and have been with my family in May at $5 each.
If you get the $20 armband you can be in the splash pad from 10 in the morning to 10:00 at night but it's only good for one day
Yes you can buy wristbands at the front desk for only $20
1 n up are $15
Yes at a cost of $15 each person.
Yes for little kids
Was free with room when we stayed.
Yes we went for spring break. Everything was open except the outdoor water park.
Its so worth the $20 between the waterslides (you should try the blue pne it was super fast) the lazy river, the basketball court pool amd all the pthers you will not be disappointed and your kids will sleep lile babys and wont get you up at 6 am the next morning lol
Yes I believe they do.
The have a special package right now for a 2 night stay, you get $10 free play at the arcade, free putt-putt or go-karts, 2 pizzas and a free show. Starting at $280 It's on their website it the "warm winter in package"
I think so. We were monitored going into the water park and even if I didn't want to get wet I needed a wrist band to get inside.
Never heard of this??
Yes. The lazy river, slides, basketball pool and small children's play area are all supervised by certified lifeguards. There are a couple of areas that are not. The 2 large hot tubs inside of Splash Country then there is also an indoor pool in a different building that does not have a lifeguard.
Don't know for sure.
They are open. Yes they give passes per guest per room. Reservations are not necessary unless you have needs for large party, or specific room requirements. However, I would call since this is a resort and they offer packages based upon your wants and needs.
Indoor is but outdoor is seasonal, fyi it use to only cost $5 per person to enjoy waterpark if you want a cheaper room somewhere else
Grand Country is definitely wheelchair friendly!! The entire location, basically. Almost everything at splash country and even the arcade across the parking lot are w/c accessible. The 'clubhouse' at the center of splash country indoors has stairs and ropes, not w/c accessible. Also the two hot tubs require you to climb steps to enter. I've seen handicapped children and adults everytime we've gone! Hope this helps. Enjoy!
You would have to honestly call them and find out. Number should be listed.
Yes, you can do the water park only. Obviously, there is a charge.
The only parking is the hotel parking lot.
Well I know for locals it's like $10 but I think it might go up to 20 or 25 in the summer months not sure about regular flat rate
10 to 10
I would call sometimes they have local appreciation days
They have changed their prices. It now cost $20.00 Per person Per day without any coupons.
Yes they do
