Is this place still open. Cuz when I call it gives me some weird Verizon message. And needing to know cuz I'm trying to have my son's birthday. I know it says they open at 2 and that's fine.

They are open. Yes they give passes per guest per room. Reservations are not necessary unless you have needs for large party, or specific room requirements. However, I would call since this is a resort and they offer packages based upon your wants and needs.

Can I get a family oass? Whats it coat? And do I got to get reservations?

Indoor waterpark will be open

The indoor water park is open all year long.
