Food is great but I wouldn’t go back to either location because of the atmosphere. Both locations had aggressive rap music turned up way too loud to have a conversation. I kind of expected it in the New Haven location because many restaurants are trying to appeal to a hip young crowd but it doesn’t make for a pleasant dining experience in my opinion. The wait staff also had kind of a blasé attitude. Like I said the food is great I’ve had the pho and ramen at both locations and it would be 5 stars if not for this trying too hard to be cool thing going on.

This review is long overdue! We’ve been there months back! We loved our bao buns which are out of this world! Loved their non-alcoholic beverages which I forgot what that was, but remember the taste! Loved the food but one of the items was very salty! We were asked several times how’s the food and everything and we finally told them about the salty one. The Manager came and asked as well. Out waiter Ryan was the best! I thought if not for the food, I should come to write a huge review for Ryan only and also the Manager. And what more! When we paid our bills, we were told they did not charge us for the salty item. Overall the ambience was awesome! The interior is so unique that you’ll feel like visiting again and again. Loved this place and will surely visit many more times!

Fun spot to stop in to eat. Informal with old school rap playing overhead creating a cool vibe for young adults and us 90s kids. Great food and service not a long wait anytime I have stopped in, even in the weekend. Highly recommend
