This is almost hilarious - this place looks AWESOME from the website (of course) but also just driving by it on the street......Guys, it is a WHOLE different story when they tell you your room is around the side of the building, it was like night and day. The side area is motel style - run down motel, there is no elevator from the first floor to the third floor which is always fun with luggage plus kids. The rooms are small, dated and smell musty. The staff doesn't speak English very well but they are unfriendly to put it nicely which isn't an issue (I don't normally go stay at places to befriend the hotel front guest representatives) but the whole idea of this place is honestly laughable. There are so many little motels along the strip that are equal to this place so why stay here?

The hotel was short staffed to start with. The front desk staffers were very nice. The TV remotes do not work correctly. Reported it several times, and the front desk stated it probably needed to be reprogrammed, but no one ever took the time to reprogram. Gave us another remote, but it did not work. Then the toilet keep making noises, and ti took two days and several calls before they finally got a maintenance person up. Did not fix the problem. Cleaning staff were below standard. Ask housekeeping twice to clean the room (which we should not have to do). Smelled marijuana in the halls - reported it, but they could not find which room it was coming from. The breakfast was very nice, and the young man who managed it was very efficient. The actual hotel was a nice one, but the service was below standard.

Excellent hotel and convenient to just about anywhere in Branson. Friendly staff and quick check in. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Some rooms have a balcony and is very nice, although a bit noisy on street side. 2 pools, one inside and outside. Fitness room with available massage service. Large breakfast area with typical free it's you expect. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the indoor pool with family on rainy day. Negative: Bathroom was very small, but clean and got the job done. Breakfast had very limited options for gluten-free guest.
