I travel Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas... Frequently visit What-A-Burgers, have always had a great meal and service. If i found a store that was not up to my expectations, I would report it to the home office. Thanks
They used to have great service, but over the past couple of years it just got worse and worse. The food has always been good. I wouldn't go again unless I had at least 30 to wait on the food and be sure my order was correct before I left. They tried to reinvent the double-laned drive-thru with a runner in the parking lot constantly having to run between the first lane of the drive-thru to get to the second lane. I felt sorry for her, she is either going to get hit by a car or give someone a heart attack popping out between the cars if they keep this going. The snail's pace may be the only thing that keeps her alive. I bet their comment field isn't this long on their website.
