I was there with about 5o of us off a bus and did not have a problem.

I've been to Whataburger only one time and they were impatient. They wanted you to order time you come in. I didn't know what exactly they served . I was a mystery shopper as well and I would not have passed them either.

I've never had a bad experience there. Sorry that you did!
