Well if you start seasonal during peak at a full time FC you will be working 40 to 60 hr weeks some overtime mandatory. Getting hired as seasonal and they like you they will keep you. I started as a seasonal worker and got hired on after peak. Your work ethic and attendance is important factors.
Depends on if you're hired on through Amazon or through a temp agency.
For the FC I cant say I transferred to a different FC to get more hours
