Open at 3:00am Monday and Thursday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday open at 5:00am. They will allow you to enter 2 hours before appointment time. Appointment must required for delivery. No overnight parking. Nice staff. Never had any problems. Unload in 2 hrs. Security guard gives you dock. Drop paper work at Receiving office and relax. Staff bring your bills to you after unloading. For Entrance: Do not turn right BDC parkway. Cross BDC parkway rd Turn right on first entrance then check with security guard. For Exit: From dock turn right, again right, come out back side of building for exit. Nearest truck stop is pilot at exit 129. Small parking lot, hard to find parking at night time.

We arrived at 0545 for appt at 0700. Guard entrance has a gate you stop at. Guard said next time make sure you’re in the right lane. There are no signs or marked lanes for outside carriers. He gave us a door assignment and a form to fill out. Once you’re in the door, bring the form and your bills to the receiving office which will be on your left hand side when you are docked. They will bring your bills to you when they are done. We were docked at 0600. They started unloading at 0715. They were done unloading in about 45 min. They didn’t bring papers back until 0900. It’s about an average total wait time but it’s just so annoying to have to sit there for an extra hour with your reefer doors open and running because you have multiple stops and can’t shut reefer off. Office clerk was nice but guard with his attitude about the way we came in was not appreciated. There is no overnight parking inside the gates. If you turn on the road east of the Whole Foods entrance, you could park behind the Whole Foods on the back road. There is a paved semi circle between Whole Foods and the other distribution center that trucks are parking at.

We were backed into dock 14 like we were told, moved to dock 12 and waited again and then told we needed to move to dock 20 where they finally unloaded us. Took almost 3 hours from our appointment time.
