We waited 6 hrs before we got a room after having to wait on a bed in the hallway.no one knows anything when you ask a question and makes you feel like your an I connivence, worst hospital I have ever been to and it looks dingy

If you have kids, do NOT take them to this Emergency room. Go to CHOA instead. I took my son there with croup & strider (he had a very high pitched cough and labored breathing). They did a chest x ray to confirm this, and then said there is nothing they can do and that croup is a virus that has to run its course... We ended up going home and that night he had an episode. We rushed him to CHOA Scottish Rite. They admitted us, did multiple breathing treatments, gave steroids, and monitored him very closely. NGMC did absolutely nothing to help my 2 year old. The PA that we saw rushed through the visit, and sent us on our way. Please don't take your kids here.
