Did not enjoy my experience here. Was looking for a new clinic to visit since moving here from out of state. Didn’t get seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Once I was seen, the woman I met with was rushing through my appointment… gave me about 10 minutes of her time. Also I made it clear I did not want to be put on medication for my issue and wanted alternative options (I tried rushing through explaining my issues and concerns and she was mentally preoccupied with something else, I could tell), she still prescribed me medication and told me to try it. I didn’t want a band aid, I wanted guidance with a solution. The medication did not work for me and made me worse off than I was before. Was advised to schedule a second appointment with the clinic while I was checking out and called a few days before and decided to cancel. Will not be returning.

Please save your money and go elsewhere. If you have to interact with the small minded receptionist named Sonya who calls herself the “office manager” I’m so sorry for the agony and mental suffering that just trying to have a conversation with her will cause you. She’s rude, bad at her job, and has a bad attitude. Go anywhere else before having to interact with this thing. They withheld information from me, I was laughed at and she insulted my family and friends too. Only after a threat of legal action did they have someone else contact me with my results that Sonya kept refusing to give me. Sonya is an embarrassment to the medical field and especially this office.

I called to make an appointment to see the doctor the nurse on the phone was quick to say the doctor will not see me they will only give me a Covid test and they said they do not take United healthcare even though every doctors office takes United healthcare it’s the most common insurance and she told me to be a $200 charge ridiculous not everybody has Covid!!!!
