i have a graphics card that was purchased at best buy and was wondering if the refund would be in full or if there would be a percentage taken for returning the product.

I agree, if you are within the 14 day window for refunds, if you have your receipt, as long as everything is in excellant condition, not used or opened they should give you all your money back. I don't believe they have a restocking fee.

It would be in full assuming you are within the refund window which for that i believe is 14 days and its still in new condition with everything it came with
